Easter Wreath Redo

Hi Everyone!   So glad you stopped by.

I really wanted a new wreath for my front door this year for Easter.   Well, I went searching through my closet and found an old, egg shaped, vine wreath that I have had for years.  It was decorated very pretty, with different colored pastel flowers and Easter picks.

Goodies from the original vine wreath.

I wanted something a little more natural and could leave up until Summer.  So, I got all my Easter decor out and came up with this.  I placed a Spring garland I had on hand on the left side of the wreath (with floral wire) and made a burlap bow.   I added the bird nest on the bottom that I got last year at Big Lots, I believe.   I really liked the way it turned out and best of all - no cost!  Whoo-Hoo!  I cut the burlap for the bow from a burlap feed sack I had originally got at a Tractor Supply place (original cost per bag $2.00).  This was a few years ago and I have done so much with these bags.

Out with the Old and In with the New!
Sweet Momma and Baby Birds with siblings on the way!

Final photo.  I'm thinking about adding some text
under the wreath - maybe, S P R I N G or  W E L C O M E - What do you think??

Hope this post sounds OK, not feeling too well today.  I will be posting some more Easter pics, so come on back to see what I come up with.

Well, I think my brain is saying it's nap time......It always wins, I don't know why!  :) :) :) :)

Hope you have a great day!
