What plans have you made for the New Year (2014)? I find if I set a few new goals for myself, I tend to try harder to achieve them. Here are a few of mine:
1. Take at least 15 minutes to do yoga each morning. So far, so good. Two days and counting.
Stretching is so relaxing, relieves tension in your muscles and give you more energy
for the rest of your day. I also found that I don't take a nap on the days I do Yoga.
2. Eat healthier and.... No more Ho-Ho's and cupcakes! Weight Watcher's cupcakes will have to do.
But, I have to have my chocolate each evening! A couple of Hershey's kisses.
3. Try to read my Bible every day. (I really need to work on this one).
4. Visit a nursing home once a month.
That's all for me. I hope I will be able to stick to all of them.
