Christmas 2017

Hi everyone!  Happy New Year!

I was finally able to log into my site! Yeah!  I'm a little
rusty and it wasn't easy. I guess because it's been a while since I posted.
I'm so excited I can post now.

Can you believe that 2018 is already here?  It's a cold and dreary day here in East Texas, so I thought I would post a few pictures of 2017 Christmas decor.  I hope all of you are keeping nice and warm!

Added a pretty red table runner this year and also a long mirror that I had on hand to add a bit of glam.  Glass candlesticks with white candles and a little crystal added so much warmth and ambience to the table.

The glass centerpiece was filled with a shimmery, crystal Garland.  Then, I added a white amaryllis plant. (No, not real, but did you think it was??)  I don't have a green thumb :(  A pretty cranberry wreath was placed over the glass container for some added color which also compliments the berry candle rings on the candlesticks.
Close up of all the gleaming glass candlesticks, crystals and shiny, glass Christmas balls that were spread randomly across the table.  Click on the pic to enlarge any photo :)

Entryway for Christmas 2017.  Decorated with a lot of gold
and silver this year.  The shell bowl is gold on the inside and filled with shimmery red and gold balls.  A few glittery stems were inserted on each side and nestled a Christmas passage from the Bible, which I downloaded and printed from the web, that tells that Jesus is the reason for the season.

This enchanting Luminaree I received from my Sister for my birthday last year.  The flame looks so real and cozy!  I believe she got it from QVC.  The thing I like the most is that is has a Remote!  Lazy me😔....and you can decorate it for any occasion very easily.  These pics were quickly taken with my cell phone, so please forgive the quality.  I plan and hope to do better this year, hopefully

I am going to try and post this page now, but I will return, if everything goes right and post some more in a short while.

Til Then,

Keep warm and cozy.  We are supposed to get some snow and ice tonight and tomorrow believe it or not.  Haven't seen snow here in East Texas for a year or two.  I want to build a snowman or have a snow battle!!  lol

Blessings,
CAROL
